CABO Elections and “A WATCH-OUT”
CABO’s November class will be a watch with an interchangeable band. Many
of you have asked for a watch class and here it is. We ask everyone to
show up on TIME, and be beading for every SECOND you are there. Just a
little WATCH humor. Seriously the class will be fun and will only take a
MINUTE to master. You will need the following supplies to make one watch
with an interchangeable band.
• A beadable watch face from a local bead store.
• 2 lobster claws.
• 2 spring rings or heavy gauge jump ring.
• 4 crimps (crimp covers optional)
• 15” of C-flex, Soft Flex or Beadalon wire
• Enough beads to make a bracelet. You choose!
If you want to try and make a second band, you will not need a second
watch
face. You will need a second supply of the other supplies.
If someone needs a kit (bring your own beads) it will be $12. There will
only
be kits for those that e-mail or call me in advance,
fieldsapril@nc.rr.com or
919-460-1542.
